What to expect from our work together

At the heart of The Margo Method is your availability, your current lifestyle and what you feel comfortable changing. You’re a busy mum. I get it. The solutions I design are matched to the level of effort you’d like to put in. With each session we build on results we’ve achieved so far.

First Deep Dive session

I will start by asking you to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a personalised food diary. Based on your input, I will do in-depth research and put together a draft plan for our nutritional therapy session. During the first session we will dig deeper to see where your symptoms might be coming from and what challenges stopped you from achieving your goals in the past. We’ll look at solutions and how you can reach them without compromising your day-to-day life. At the end of the first session, you will receive:

  • Your personalised health plan

  • A schedule which will help you incorporate the new actions into your week

  • Recipes, snacks and food recommendations

  • Simple changes to bring you one step closer to your goals

Follow up sessions

The next step will be to meet 2-3 weeks later to review your progress and add the next set of actions. Once we start working together we will determine the pace which suits you and agree on how often we need to arrange a follow up. Most often clients opt for a follow up every 3-4 weeks.

My fees include the ongoing support via what’s app and email throughout the program.

Consultations are done in person at my office in West Byfleet or remotely via Zoom.
