Mothers I work with are all juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. They are tired, time-poor, demotivated and feel disconnected from their own bodies.

Together, we’ll analyse your health goals, your diet, lifestyle and current habits. I search for the root causes which lead to the symptoms you experience and suggest small changes which work on improving those areas.

We work on adding new healthy habits to your life which lead to meeting your goals. We discuss what is realistically achievable within your current schedule. Using coaching techniques, we come to solutions that you are the most conformable with. My Method is about making changes that are simple, practical and sustainable.

My Story

Before I became a mum I took pride in my nutrition, health and fitness knowledge. Yet, after I gave birth all the theories I knew didn’t prove successful in practice. I suffered with constant fatigue, lack of concentration, foggy brain, hormonal acne, severe mood swings, recurring injuries and the new extra weight just wouldn’t shift. I felt stuck.

I started my research into postnatal recovery and discovered that my symptoms were linked to incorrect postnatal nutrition, poor sleep and running on adrenaline due to stress. That prompted me to go back to studies and qualify as a nutrition coach to help myself and to help other women who feel stuck.

I’d love to show you that there is another way and that getting there is easier than you thought.
