Many mothers experience constant fatigue, brain fog, lack of motivation and a constant struggle to lose weight. This leads to frustration at changes in their mood and body. While this is common, accepting this as normal or inevitable is not a solution.
The deep root cause of all your symptoms is your body not functioning properly. An imbalance of hormones, lack of nutrients, not properly recognising or dealing with stress or not taking enough time to recover - all have a negative impact.

Every mother is different and every mother I work with receives a personal analysis and recommended approach tailored to their needs. I will work with you on time you have available, your lifestyle and put that into context with your personal health goals.
My method is built around achievable and realistic actions which you can fit into your life. It’s all about using nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help you build healthy habits.
I don’t do diets, I don’t calculate every calorie you eat, I just do real life practical things which help you feel healthier and happier.
